Spicy horseshoe Primizia salami 260 gr

A traditional sausage from Romagna, made from the Italian heavyweight pig. Its production begins by selecting the cuts - shoulder and belly - the same as those for the traditional Primizia sausage.
Seasoned with spices and chilli pepper, for a strong, hot flavour.

Matured for: 30 days
