Made from lean Italian pork and fatty inclusions, in a natural, hand-tied natural casing. Prepared according to a traditional recipe, it is best enjoyed in oblique slices that bring out all its flavour.  
Hand-sliced at a controlled temperature in order to obtain thin slices, then carefully packaged by hand.
